Definição: "In the generally accepted anthropological view, ethnic means a group which holds in common genetic, linguistic, and cultural ties, with special emphasis on cultural tradition. The very definition of a group as an 'ethnic minority' means that it has a separate identity from the rest of society. Its special identity issues, as a rule, from several sources and the combination of sources or the dominant source of identification may differ from minority to minority [...]."
